Gainey Ranch
A small, lush Scottsdale community built around a private golf club, with walkable shops and dining at Gainey Village.
Gainey Ranch is a small community centered on the private Gainey Ranch Golf Club. It shares the lush feel of McCormick Ranch next door, with trees, grass and walking paths, but it was developed a little later, so most homes date to the 1980s and 1990s.
There's a mix of condo communities, many just west of the Hyatt, and single-family homes throughout. Lots are smaller, so there's less to maintain, and it's a central, easy place to settle in if you're new to the Valley.
Gainey Village is right there for restaurants and shops, and you can walk to it from much of the community. Golf is all around, from the private club to Silverado and McCormick Ranch Golf Club.
