Midtown / Central Corridor
The Central Avenue corridor: Midtown towers, established green neighborhoods and estates along the historic bridle path.
The Central Avenue corridor is the most urban part of our map, mixed with some of Phoenix's most established neighborhoods. It's old-school Phoenix: a classic country club, longtime steakhouses and local favorites. It's a local scene, not a tourist one.
Housing ranges widely within a short distance. There are high-rise and mid-rise condos along Central in Midtown, neighborhoods with big, green lots and mature trees, and estates of up to about two acres along the North Central bridle path, where you still see horses.
It's close to downtown offices, the courts, hospitals and events, so commutes are short.
